Role Overview:
The PlayStation Store & Services Growth Marketing team is responsible for marketing our flagship subscription service and PlayStation’s multi-billion-dollar D2C businesses (PlayStation Store and PlayStation Direct).

This role will report into the Growth Marketing Go-to-Market team and play a key role in driving the creation, delivery, and optimization of innovative campaign & promotional assets.

A particular focus will be supporting creative production & optimisation, ensuring the right audiences see the right messages and creative variations at scale. You’ll help shape the creative strategy while also ensuring assets, feeds, and workflows are set up to deliver personalized experiences that maximize growth.

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Creative Campaign Development: Drive the creation and optimization of global campaign toolkits and assets that enhance growth marketing initiatives.
  • Strategic Contribution: Collaborate on the creative strategy for Store & Services campaigns, ensuring assets (static and dynamic) are utilized effectively to support business objectives.
  • DCO Campaign Management: Partner with media, creative, and product teams to manage and optimize DCO campaigns, including feed setup, template alignment, and performance iteration.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with global and local teams across marketing, product, operations, and creative to plan, set up, and execute campaigns in a timely and coordinated manner.
  • Execution Excellence: Ensure the timely delivery of creative assets and dynamic campaign inputs, tailored to channels and aligned with brand standards.
  • Process Enhancement: Support the scoping, implementation, and automation of creative workflows to boost efficiency and scalability.
  • Experimentation and Testing: Develop and support a robust test-and-learn agenda, including dynamic creative tests, to inform future campaign strategies.
  • Performance Analysis: Utilize reporting to assess the effectiveness of campaigns across formats, creatives, and DCO variants, working with performance teams to optimize results.
  • Audience Strategy: Collaborate to establish the most effective audience targeting strategies to align with business goals and maximize impact.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience working on paid media campaigns, with exposure to Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) approaches, tools, and feeds.
  • A creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a strong eye for design and messaging.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • A collaborative partner who thrives in cross-functional environments.
  • Data-savvy and performance-oriented, with a passion for continuous optimization.
  • Understanding of multicultural marketing dynamics and ability to apply cultural nuance to create relevant, resonant promotional campaigns across global markets.
  • A deep knowledge of games and gaming content, including subscription services, with a strong appreciation for different genres, platforms, and player experiences.

At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.

Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

The estimated base pay range for this role is listed below.
$117,900$176,900 USD
