Commercial Planner, Singapore (6-Month Contract)

Role Overview:

Act as key point of contact between supply chain, logistics, and Commercial Managers. Getting updates for returns, procurement, bundles, etc. on things that will impact retailers.

What you’ll be doing:

• Reporting to Manager, Commercial Planning to support regional hub operations
• Update operations team on sales volume forecasting, allocation, bundle requirements that will impact planning or delivery
• Rolling forecast file maintenance support
• Forecast meeting participation and SAP IBP system entries
• Stay up to date on operational plans & progress
• Process weekly repeat orders for software business
• Bundle - Work with Business Analysts and Commercial Managers on:
• Retailer allocation / forecast
• Supply chain: bundle planning (what and when); internal orders
• Stock/sales reports consolidation and submission
• Work with Channel Experience and Commercial Planning on:
• System entries for approval and payment
• Process credit notes
• Registration of product information including pricing
• Assist in ad-hoc administrative tasks

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including VLookUp
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Proven experience in commercial planning or a similar role
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with different teams
• Strong organizational skills with outstanding attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
