PlayStation also strives to create an inclusive environment that empowers employees and embraces diversity. We welcome and encourage everyone who has a passion and curiosity for innovation, technology, and play to explore our open positions and join our growing global team.

Role overview:
We’re looking for a dynamic, skilled, and highly motivated candidate to join the PlayStation Services team that runs PlayStation Plus - the world’s largest game subscription service. Our business is putting increased emphasis on tracking, understanding, and influencing how customers engage with our subscription and its benefits.
Sitting within the Engagement and Experience team, you will play a pivotal role in defining how we deliver value to our subscribers. Your mandate is to ensure that every PlayStation Plus member gets the most from their subscription, builds a deeper connection with our ecosystem, and remains loyal to the service for years to come.
We’re looking for someone who can set direction, influence at the highest levels, and lead initiatives end-to-end. This isn’t just about analysing data — it’s about owning the narrative, shaping strategy, and driving tangible impact. The right candidate will bring commercial acumen, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to inspire teams around a clear vision for engagement.
This is a rare opportunity to take a leadership role in a high-performing, global team that delivers significant impact for players, partners, and PlayStation in a fast-paced, ambitious environment.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead the engagement narrative for PlayStation Plus, transforming data and insights into clear, strategic stories that influence leadership and shape business direction.
- Drive change across the organisation by proactively identifying opportunities and risks which will shape cross-functional priorities. You’ll work with Marketing, Product, Content, Insights, and Growth teams to ensure engagement efforts are aligned with wider business goals.
- Own and evolve forecasting accuracy, working with Insights & Planning to uncover key drivers of performance and implement improvements.
- Drive requirements and influence reporting frameworks, working with the Planning and Insights team to ensure that insights are not just available but actionable, accessible, and impactful for decision-making across PlayStation.
- Act as a senior voice in the team, bringing thought leadership and a pursuit of excellence by influencing a diverse range of stakeholders.
What we're looking for:
- Minimum 7+ years’ experience (or equivalent) in relevant roles (such as commercial strategy, planning & performance, product strategy, or trading), with a proven record of influencing business direction through insights.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change: spotting opportunities, shaping initiatives, and seeing them through to delivery and measurable impact.
- Proven skill in building strategic narratives that combine complex data with commercial and customer insights, leading to business decisions all the way up to exec level.
- Strong prioritisation skills - comfortable balancing multiple, high-impact projects and aligning stakeholders around what matters most.
- Ability to think big-picture and set direction, while maintaining attention to detail and a curiosity for the trends that truly matter.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with a track record of influencing cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership.
Desirable:
- Experience within the gaming, entertainment or subscription industries
- Experience working in an international team across time-zones and cultures
Benefits:
- Discretionary bonus opportunity
- Hybrid Working (within Flexmodes)
- Private Medical Insurance
- Dental Scheme
- 25 days holiday per year
- On Site Gym
- Subsidised Café
- Free soft drinks
- On site bar
- Access to cycle garage and showers
