本ポジションは、PlayStation Network 向けサーバーアプリケーションの企画・設計・開発・運用を担うエンジニアリング部門に所属します。

当部門は、クライアントソフトウェア、ゲームコンテンツ配信・販売機能、オンラインゲーム機能、ソーシャル機能など、PlayStation製品のライフサイクルを構成するプラットフォームサービスを提供しており、コンシューマーおよびゲームデベロッパーの双方に価値を提供しています。

チームは20〜30代の若手が多く、技術・コスト・効率を論点としたフラットな議論ができる雰囲気です。ゲーム好きな社員も多く、製品への思い入れを持ったメンバーが活躍しています。

海外との連携が多く、英語を使用したミーティングや海外出張の機会もあります。PlayStationの未来を支え、さらなるビジネス展開を切り拓く仲間をお待ちしています。

職務内容 / job responsibility：

PlayStation Network 向けサーバーアプリケーションが稼働する大規模プラットフォームの開発・改善を担当します。
私たちのチームは、1,000名を超える開発者と数百以上のコンポーネントからなる多様なエコシステムを支えています。対象となるアプリケーションは複数の言語やワークロードに及び、複雑かつグローバルに展開されています。

私たちは、サービス開発を支えるCI/CD基盤の整備・改善を通じて、開発者体験（Developer Experience）の向上と生産性の最大化をミッションとするEngineering Enablementチームです。
単なるパイプライン構築にとどまらず、継続的な改善と自動化により「アプリケーション開発者が本来の開発に集中できる世界」を実現します。グローバルに展開するプラットフォームであるため、米国を含む海外チームとも連携し、継続的な改善と革新を推進していきます。

【主な業務内容】

GitHub Actions、Jenkins、Argo Rollout、ArgoCD などを用いたCI/CDパイプラインの設計・構築・改善
Buildpacks、Docker を活用したコンテナイメージ管理
Kubernetes 環境におけるデプロイフロー、Helmチャート、マニフェスト管理の標準化・自動化
セキュリティスキャン・テスト自動化・品質ゲートを組み込んだパイプラインの強化
モニタリング・アラート・可視化基盤との連携によるリリース健全性の担保
海外拠点を含む開発チームとの協働によるグローバルなCI/CD標準化推進
社内開発チームからの問い合わせ・技術相談・改善要望への対応
AIエージェント開発による問い合わせ対応などの業務効率化

応募資格

■必須となるスキル・経験
・Web Applicationの設計・開発経験

・Gitを用いた開発経験

・クラウドサービスプロバイダを扱った開発経験

・メール・チャットツール、電話会議、出張等でコミュニケーションがとれるレベルの英語力

・基本的なLinuxの知識

・基本的なContainerの知識

・歓迎条件に挙げた経験のうち2つ以上の経験

■歓迎するスキル・経験

・設計資料または提案を作成し、多くの関係者と意思決定を行った経験

・システムアーキテクチャ設計経験

・Microservices Architecture Applicationの開発・運用経験

・Github ActionsやJenkinsを用いたCICD Pipelineの構築・運用経験

・本番環境でKubernetes等のコンテナ管理プラットフォーム、およびHelm/ArgoCDなどの周辺ツールを使用/運用した経験

・IaC (Infrastructure as Code) ツールを用いたサーバ構築・運用および自動化の経験

・ソフトウェアテスト（機能テスト、パフォーマンステスト、セキュリティテスト）に関する知識および自動化の経験

・チームリーディング経験

・AWS、Google Cloudを扱った開発経験

・オープンソースへの貢献経験

・Cloud Native Application/Infrastructureに関する基本的な知識

■語学力 / Language Skills
