We’re now looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking Learning & Development Specialist to help shape and deliver our L&D programs, starting with our AI upskilling program.  If you’re excited by emerging technology, love building things from the ground up, and want to play a hands-on role in strengthening SIE through AI, this is your chance to make a real impact. 

Role Overview 

As a Learning & Development Specialist for our AI Upskilling initiatives, you’ll work closely with a global and cross-functional team on AI program delivery, while serving as the key owner of localizing these initiatives for Japanese audience. We’re looking for someone who’s eager to co-create, experiment, and help drive innovative, future-facing initiatives from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities 

• Support the creation and ongoing maintenance of program offerings such as learning content, live events, and on-demand resources 

• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of Japan’s first internal AI event as part of the global AI event series. 

• Partner with selected learning vendors to design and curate AI learning pathways tailored to different roles and personas 

• Collaborate with internal teams—including Engineering, Studios, and Operations—to support learning at a functional level 

• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives and continuously improve programs to meet evolving business needs 

• Stay up to date on AI trends and advancements to ensure learning content remains relevant, current, and impactful 

• Localize global content for learners in Japan 

• Depending on team needs and your experience and interests, contribute to additional Learning & Development or Talent Management initiatives 

Required Skills & Experience 

• 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or a related field 

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese (written and spoken) 

• Strong drive to champion new, unprecedented initiatives—able to clearly communicate their value, gain buy-in, and see them through to execution 

• Solid project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel 

• Proven stakeholder management and collaboration skills across diverse teams, including Japanese and international stakeholders, with varying levels of seniority  
• A strong interest in AI and its transformative potential, with a proactive commitment to staying at the forefront of industry trends. While deep technical expertise is not required, you should be a regular user of AI tools in your day-to-day work and demonstrate high learning agility in experimenting with and applying emerging technologies.

本ポジションでは、AIスキル向上施策のLearning & Development Specialistとして、グローバルかつクロスファンクショナルなチームと連携しながらプログラムの推進を担っていただきます。同時に、日本の受講者に最適化した形で施策を展開するローカルオーナーとしての役割も担います。 

共創しながら試行錯誤を重ね、新しい取り組みを立ち上げていくことに前向きな方を歓迎します。不確実性のある環境の中でも主体的に行動し、施策を形にしていく姿勢を求めています。  

Key Responsibilities 

• ラーニングコンテンツ、ライブイベント、オンデマンド教材などの企画・開発および継続的な改善 

• グローバルイベントシリーズの一環として、日本における社内AIイベントの企画から実行までをリード 

• 外部パートナーと連携し、職種やペルソナごとに最適化された学習パスを設計・キュレーション 

• Engineering、Studios、Operationsなどの社内チームと協働し、各機能領域における育成支援を推進 

• 育成施策の効果測定を行い、ビジネスニーズの変化に応じて継続的に改善 

• AI分野のトレンドや技術動向を把握し、学習コンテンツの関連性と実効性を維持 

• グローバルコンテンツの日本向けローカライズ 

• チームのニーズや経験・関心に応じて、Learning & DevelopmentまたはTalent Managementに関わるその他の施策にも貢献 

Required Skills & Experience 

• 以下いずれかの領域における3年以上の実務経験
  • Learning & Development / Talent Development
  • AI推進、DX推進
  • 組織開発、カルチャー変革
  • チェンジマネジメント
  • 業務改革（BPR）や全社横断プロジェクト企画 など 

• 英語・日本語ともに高いコミュニケーション能力（読み書き・会話） 

• 前例のない新規施策やプロジェクトを構想し、その価値を明確に言語化し、関係者を巻き込みながら実行まで推進した経験 

• 複数の施策を並行して管理・推進できるプロジェクトマネジメント能力 

• 国内外の多様な関係者（役職や専門領域の異なる関係者を含む）と協働・調整した経験 

求める人物像 

• AIおよびその変革可能性に対する強い関心があること 

• 日常業務でAIツールを活用していること（高度な技術的専門知識は必須ではない） 

• 新しいテクノロジーを積極的に試し、学び、業務に応用していく高い学習意欲と適応力
